Russell Dennis is the “Possibility Engineer” for nonprofits and small businesses that want to raise more money and attract more support for their causes and projects. He is an 11-year US Air Force Veteran with 11 Years of Community and Economic Development experience, who also spent five years as an IRS Auditor in the Small Business Self-Employed Division in Denver, Colorado.
Russell is now a Commercial Finance Consultant at Aspen Commercial Lending in Lone Tree, Colorado. The company specializes in commercial real estate financing and works closely with real estate developers and investors all over the United States helping them secure debt financing on everything from fix-and-flip to ground up construction. Aspen is also a key source for acquiring business acquisition, startup, and expansion capital using SBA and USDA funding sources.
Russell started RD Dennis Enterprises, LLC in 2013 to help nonprofits develop strategic plans and access funding. He is a certified “Wayfinder” for the Synervision Leadership Foundation. His unique blend of experience empowers him to carve out a place where “compassion meets compliance” to create excellence.
Russell speaks and writes on topics that include leadership, business strategy, creating systems for effective management of your organization, funding for your organization, how the income tax system affects individuals and businesses, and working with collaborative partners in the public, private, and government sectors to get things done.
